Sanctuary Appoints Dave Cummings to Board of Directors

Vancouver, BC – Oct. 28, 2021– Sanctuary Cognitive Systems Corporation announced today that it had appointed Dave Cummings to the company’s Board of Directors. As Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, Cummings leads the digital, technology revenue management functions for Finning International Inc., the world’s largest Caterpillar dealership. Cummings joins the existing Directors of the Board: Geordie Rose, Suzanne Gildert, Ajay Agrawal, Martin Reed, and Mark Evans.

In addition to Cummings’ work and responsibilities at Finning, he is also an independent director currently serving on the board of the Canadian TSX-listed company ATS Automation as well as boards for not-for-profit technology organizations such as BCTech.

Cummings is passionate about the possibilities of technology with a focus as a positive force in traditional industries. Originally from the UK, Cummings completed his B.Sc. and MBA in the UK before embarking on a multinational ex-pat career within the energy, chemicals, and heavy equipment industry. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC.
